Do you offer refunds?

NO royalttresses does not offer refunds or returns  at all. When placing a order make sure you chose the correct length and texture.

 

What color does Royalttresses come in?

Our tresses are 100% virgin hair which means the hair is not processed with any color. All of our bundles come natural black or brown and can be colored any desired color.

 

How many bundles are needed for a full sew in?

We recommend 3 bundles for a full sew in. Anything over 24” we recommend 4 bundles. Please keep in mind that the longer the length the less amount of hair in each bundle.

 

Can I make changes to my order?

Please contact us immediately via email royalttresses@yahoo.com or text the hair line at 1(708)548-6584 so that we may be able to accommodate your request. You will not be able to cancel or make any changes once your order has shipped.

 

How long does it take to ship my order?

Standard shipping is 3-5 business days once they have been processed. Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed. All custom units take 5 to 15 days days to complete, not including weekends and holidays.

 

How much is shipping?

We charge a flare rate of 9.99 for shipping and handling in the United States. Free shipping for orders over 350 and 24.99 for any international orders.

 

How are orders shipped?

We use USPS( United States postal service) for shipping out orders. We ship using there priority mail service for domestic and international packages. International orders can take up to 10 business days to be delivered once its processed. We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or added taxes that are incurred by the country that you reside in.

 

When will I receive my tracking information?

Tracking information is emailed to the email address provided within your order on the day your order is shipped, ( please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed) you will not receive a tracking number when your order is placed.
